Inclusion/Exclusion to/from a network

	#. Power OFF then power ON device
	#. Device flashes to indicate process completes

Factory reset
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
	Cycle the wall switch OFF/ON 4 times within 4 seconds (completing one successive OFF and ON action counts as a1 “OFF/ON” cycle.)The bulb will flash 2 times to signify successful reset.
